We build complete tokenization platforms where your users can issue assets, onboard investors, stay compliant on-chain, receive distributions and trade on secondary markets, all shaped around your asset and legal structure. With over a decade of blockchain experience, we are the right partner to build it.

Asset classes we tokenize
An asset tokenization platform turns ownership of a real-world asset into digital tokens on a blockchain, then manages everything that happens to those tokens: who may buy them, how they are paid, and when they can be sold. Minting a token takes a day. Building the system that keeps every token legally tied to the asset, for years, is the real work, and that is what we build.
The asset sits in an SPV, fund or trust that holds legal title.
A security token mirrors the shares, with transfer rules coded in.
Only KYC-checked, eligible wallets can receive tokens.
Rent, interest or dividends flow to holders automatically.
Holders sell on a permitted venue or redeem with the issuer.
Tokenized real-world assets have moved from pilots to production. Asset managers, exchanges and regulators are now building on-chain rails, and issuers who launch on compliant infrastructure today are setting the standard for their asset class.
Distributed tokenized real-world assets across 39 networks as of October 1, 2026 (RWA.xyz).
On-chain RWA value went from about $11.8B to $32.2B between mid-2025 and June 2026.
Unique holders of tokenized real-world assets by June 2026, up 13% in a single month.
The largest tokenized Treasury fund, serviced by Securitize across eight blockchains.
On-chain value by asset class, June 2026. Treasuries lead. Real estate is still early, which is where the open opportunity is.
In January 2026 the SEC confirmed that tokenizing a security does not change its classification, so issuers can build on existing securities rules instead of waiting.
The SEC approved Nasdaq's tokenized-equity rules in March 2026 and the NYSE's in April 2026.
Only about 7–12% of tokenized assets are used in DeFi today. Platforms that add compliant liquidity and collateral use will win the next wave.
Launches a tokenized money market fund with Securitize.
Fully applies across the EU for crypto-assets that are not securities.
A tokenized security is still a security, under existing rules.
Phase two of its property tokenization project opens resale.
SEC approves rule changes for tokenized securities trading.
Distributed RWA value across 39 blockchain networks.

Each model has a different legal structure, investor base and liquidity path. We start from yours and build the platform that fits it, instead of bending your offering to fit a template.
One platform where you onboard many assets and issuers, each with its own token, rules and investor rooms.
Investors buy fractions of rental or development property and receive rent as on-chain distributions.
Fund shares or Treasury exposure as tokens with daily NAV, subscriptions, redemptions and yield.
Loans, notes and receivables as tokens, with coupon schedules, tranches and repayment waterfalls.
Gold, silver or other stored goods as tokens backed one-to-one by audited vault holdings.
A compliant marketplace where verified holders trade tokens, or a bridge into a licensed ATS.
Every asset class behaves differently once it is on-chain. Pick one to see how we structure it, the hardest part we solve, and the features we build in.
If an asset can be legally owned and valued, we can model it. Tell us yours.
Talk to an EngineerWe tokenize the shares of a property-holding SPV or LLC, so token holders own a legal interest in the entity that owns the building.
Keeping the on-chain cap table in sync with the SPV's legal register, so every token transfer is also a valid transfer of membership interest.
One token contract per property entity, linked to its operating agreement.
Net rental income split pro rata and paid in stablecoin or fiat.
Votes on refinancing, sale or capex, weighted by tokens held.
Title, valuation and offering documents tied to the token on-chain.
We tokenize fund shares or LP interests so subscriptions, redemptions and transfers settle on-chain while the fund keeps its existing structure.
Publishing a trusted NAV on-chain every day and pricing subscriptions and redemptions against it, without the fund administrator leaving the loop.
Signed NAV from your administrator, written on-chain on schedule.
Stablecoin in, fund tokens out, with cut-off times and gates.
Daily accrual or rebasing, shown live in the investor portal.
Permissioned hooks so tokens can serve as collateral where allowed.
We tokenize loans, notes and receivables, encoding coupon dates, seniority and maturity directly in contract logic.
Running a payment waterfall across senior and junior tranches from real repayment data, and handling late payments and defaults without manual fixes.
Fixed or floating rates paid on the dates set in the note.
Senior, mezzanine and junior classes with their own tokens.
Repayments from your loan system update holder balances.
Grace periods, write-downs and recovery flows, all logged.
We tie token supply to physical holdings in an audited vault, so each token is redeemable for a fixed quantity of metal or goods.
Proving at all times that tokens in circulation never exceed what sits in the vault, and handling physical redemption when a token is burned.
Chainlink or custom oracles that block minting above vault holdings.
Serial numbers and assay data linked to each minted batch.
Burn tokens to trigger delivery or cash settlement.
Custody fees charged on-chain in a way holders can audit.
We tokenize company shares, SAFEs or fund LP units, with vesting, lock-ups and transfer approvals enforced by the token.
Applying different rights and restrictions to different share classes in one cap table, and keeping holder counts under the limits your exemption allows.
Common, preferred and founder classes with distinct rules.
Cliff and linear vesting, plus holding periods per offering.
Limits on holder counts and per-investor size, checked on transfer.
Dividends, splits, buybacks and conversions from the console.
We tokenize revenue rights and environmental credits, routing income or retirements automatically from verified data sources.
Feeding real revenue or registry events into the contract from a trusted source, so payouts and credit retirements happen only on verified data.
Multi-party splits paid as streaming or licensing income arrives.
Credits mirrored from registries, retired on-chain with proof.
Usage, expiry and sublicensing rules enforced by the token.
APIs into distributors, registries and accounting systems.
Take one service or the full build. Smart contract engineers, backend developers, designers and QA work as one in-house team, so the contracts, portals and integrations ship together.
We map your asset, legal wrapper and offering rules into a token model and system design your counsel can sign off on.
We write and test the contracts that hold your cap table, using ERC-3643, ERC-1400 or a custom standard where it fits.
We build the console your team uses to create offerings, approve investors, run distributions and see the cap table live.
We connect identity, accreditation and sanctions checks, then write each approved investor's status to the identity registry.
We build the flow from soft commitment to signed documents, payment and token allocation at close.
We automate dividends, rent, interest and redemptions from a snapshot of holders, with full audit trails.
We build a compliant marketplace or connect your tokens to a licensed alternative trading system.
We wire in institutional custody, MPC wallets and oracles for NAV, prices and proof of reserve.
We build your platform as a multi-tenant product so you can onboard other issuers under their own brand.
Every tokenized asset moves through the same six stages. Here is what we build into each one, and the systems that run behind it.
The issuer submits the asset, its legal entity and offering terms. We build the workflow that checks documents, records valuation and turns the terms into token parameters.
Investors sign up, pass identity and eligibility checks, and connect a wallet. Approved status is written to an on-chain identity registry the token reads on every transfer.
Once the asset is approved, the contract mints tokens to the approved supply, with transfer rules, holder limits and lock-ups set from the offering terms.
Eligible investors subscribe, sign documents and pay. At close, tokens are allocated and the cap table updates in the same step.
Rent, interest or dividends are calculated from a holder snapshot and paid to every wallet at once. Votes, splits and redemptions run from the same console.
Holders sell to other verified investors, or redeem with the issuer. Every trade passes the same on-chain checks, wherever it starts.
Spreadsheet compliance breaks the moment a token moves. We build the rules into the contract, so a transfer to an ineligible wallet simply fails, on any venue, at any hour.
Verified status, tier and country stored as claims the token reads on transfer.
Tiered verification, sanctions screening and ongoing monitoring.
Allow or block countries per offering to match each exemption.
Holding periods, holder limits and per-investor maximums.
Court orders and lost keys handled under multisig control.
Originator and beneficiary data passed with qualifying transfers.
Threat modeling, invariant tests and an independent audit before mainnet.
MPC or multisig, hot and cold splits, and approval workflows.
In January 2026 the SEC confirmed that a tokenized security is still a security, so existing registration, exemption, broker-dealer and transfer-agent rules apply. Idea Usher is a software development partner, not a law firm or broker-dealer, and nothing here is legal advice. We build to the rules your securities counsel sets for each market.
The token standard decides what your compliance can do on-chain. Here is how the main options compare, and when we recommend each one.
| Standard | What it adds | Compliance on transfer | When we use it |
|---|---|---|---|
| ERC-3643T-REX | Identity registry, modular compliance rules, freeze, forced transfer and recovery | Built in | Our default for regulated securities: real estate, funds, debt |
| ERC-1400Security token family | Partitions for tranches, document links, controller operations | Via validators | Multi-tranche debt and share classes that need partitions |
| ERC-7518DyCIST | Semi-fungible partitions with dynamic compliance per partition | Built in | Complex multi-class assets, where tooling maturity is acceptable |
| ERC-4626Tokenized vault | Standard deposit, withdraw and share-price accounting for yield | Add a permission layer | Yield-bearing fund wrappers, paired with a compliant share token |
| Solana Token-2022Token extensions | Transfer hooks, default-frozen accounts, permanent delegate, confidential transfers | Via transfer hook | High-volume assets that need low fees and fast settlement |
| ERC-20Fungible token | Basic balances and transfers, widest wallet support | None | Stablecoin settlement and non-security utility tokens only |
Standard choice also depends on your chain, custody provider and venue. We confirm it during discovery, before any contract is written.
A tokenization platform has four very different users. Pick one to see what we build for them, and how we engineer each piece.
We build the issuer side as a console for launching and running offerings without calling a developer.
We build the investor side to feel like a modern brokerage app, even for people who have never held crypto.
We build the compliance side so your officers set rules once and the platform enforces them everywhere.
We build the operations side to connect the chain with the transfer agents, custodians and banks it depends on.
We split the platform into six layers with clear boundaries. You can swap a KYC vendor, add a chain or plug in a new venue without rebuilding the rest.
Issuer console, investor web and mobile apps, admin and compliance dashboards.
REST and WebSocket APIs, webhooks and partner connectors.
KYC/AML vendors, identity registry, claim issuers and rule engine.
Security tokens, compliance modules, distribution and escrow contracts.
Stablecoin and fiat rails, custody wallets, treasury and escrow controls.
NAV and reserve oracles, indexers, ledger and regulatory reporting.
We choose the chain, custody and identity stack for your investors, fees and regulators, not out of habit. Public, permissioned and hybrid setups are all on the table.
We pick the chain where your investors already hold funds and your custodian already supports.
We build one feature at a time and show you working software every two weeks. You sign off at each stage, so nothing reaches mainnet that you have not seen and approved.
We work with you and your counsel on the asset, legal wrapper, investor types and markets, then turn it into a written spec and a feature-by-feature roadmap.
We pick the token standard and chain, define every transfer rule, and model distributions and waterfalls before code is written.
We design the issuer console, investor app and admin screens as clickable prototypes you can test with real investors.
We build the token, identity registry, compliance modules, escrow and distributions in that order. Each one ships to testnet with its own tests.
We build the apps against the running contracts, then connect KYC, custody, payments and oracles one vendor at a time, each verified in sandbox.
An independent firm audits the contracts. We run penetration tests on the apps and load tests at peak subscription volume.
You run the platform yourself against the spec from step one. Then we issue a first offering to a small, closed group of investors.
We monitor contracts and oracles, handle upgrades, and add new asset classes, chains and markets as you grow.
Answer five quick questions. We'll show the token standard, compliance stack, modules and build path our engineers would recommend for you, ready to bring to a call.
Paste the copied blueprint into the booking notes and our engineers will come prepared. A starting point, not legal advice.
A SaaS licence is fast to start but you rent the rails forever. A generic shop can mint tokens but rarely knows securities workflows. Here is how the three compare.
| Capability | Tokenization SaaS licence | Generic blockchain shop | Idea Usher custom build |
|---|---|---|---|
| Fits your legal structure | Within the vendor's templates | If you spec it all | Built around your structure |
| Compliance in transfer logic | Yes, vendor rules | Often missing | Your rules, on-chain |
| Code & IP ownership | Licence only | Varies | 100% yours |
| Per-investor or AUM fees | Usually ongoing | None | None |
| Secondary market & ATS links | Vendor's partners only | Rarely | Any venue you choose |
| Multi-asset & multi-market | Pricing tier dependent | Rebuild per asset | Designed in from day one |
| Independent contract audit | Vendor's audit | Often skipped | Your contracts, audited |
| Can become your own product | No | Not without rework | White-label ready |
Fractional property, tokenized debt, invoice finance, on-chain trading and KYC at scale. These are live client builds, and each one maps to a platform type on this page.
The challengeHigh capital requirements, heavy paperwork, slow transfers and fraud risk kept smaller investors out of property. The client needed owners to digitize assets, get them verified and open them to fractional investment.
What we builtThe challengeTokenizing private credit did not create liquidity on its own, and managers still ran margin checks by hand.
What we builtThe challengeManufacturers waited up to 90 days to get paid, and paper-based factoring risked the same invoice being financed twice.
What we builtThe challengeUsers wanted to trade outcomes against each other, with settlement they could verify instead of trusting a house.
What we builtThe challengeA cross-border payments company was slowing down as manual identity and business checks piled up across regions.
What we builtThe challengeThe client wanted a Web3 city where virtual property could be owned, rented and earn revenue for holders.
What we builtOur clients range from first-time issuers to regulated institutions adding on-chain rails to products they already run.
Raise from a wider investor base and pay rent to holders automatically.
Issue fund shares on-chain with faster subscriptions and redemptions.
Fund loans through tokenized notes with automated repayments.
Add tokenized products and on-chain settlement to licensed businesses.
Offer vault-backed tokens with proof of reserve and redemption.
Launch a tokenization product or marketplace as your core business.
Give clients access to fractional private-market assets.
Finance projects and trade credits with transparent on-chain records.
Six reasons issuers, asset managers and fintech founders trust us with the platform their capital runs on.
Smart contract engineers and fintech developers work as one team, so the token, the payment rails and the investor app are designed together.
Your offering rules become transfer checks in the contract, so a non-compliant trade fails on its own instead of waiting for someone to catch it.
We start from your SPV, fund documents or note terms and build up, so the platform reflects your structure instead of a vendor's template.
Threat modeling, invariant tests and an independent audit come before any real investor money touches a contract.
No licence fees, no per-investor charges and no lock-in. The code, contracts and investor data are yours from the first commit.
We design for the second and third asset class from day one, so adding a new market or chain is an upgrade, not a rebuild.

Get a Custom QuoteIt is building the software that turns ownership of a real-world asset into blockchain tokens and manages them over their whole life. That covers asset onboarding, investor KYC, security token smart contracts with built-in transfer rules, primary offerings, distributions, voting, secondary trading and redemption, plus the admin and compliance tools that run it.
Cost depends on four things: how many asset types you tokenize, how many jurisdictions you launch in, what liquidity features you need, and how many custodians, KYC vendors and banks we integrate. Use the planner on this page to see where your build lands, then book a free call and we will send an itemised quote within 48 hours.
A focused single-asset platform takes about 12 to 16 weeks, including an independent smart contract audit. A multi-asset marketplace takes 5 to 8 months, and institutional multi-market builds take 6 to 12 months. You see working software every two weeks throughout.
Any asset that can be legally owned and valued. We most often build for real estate, fund shares and Treasuries, private credit and loans, gold and commodities, company equity and VC interests, royalties and IP, and carbon credits. Each asset class needs its own legal wrapper and contract logic, which we design during discovery.
For regulated securities we usually recommend ERC-3643, because it links every transfer to an on-chain identity registry and supports freezing, forced transfer and recovery. ERC-1400 suits assets with multiple tranches or share classes. Plain ERC-20 has no transfer restrictions, so we only use it for stablecoin settlement or non-security tokens. We confirm the choice against your chain, custodian and venue.
The token checks every transfer before it executes. It confirms the receiving wallet is verified in the identity registry, that the investor's tier and country are allowed for that offering, that holder caps are respected and that any lock-up has ended. If any check fails, the transfer is reverted automatically, wherever the trade started.
Usually, yes. In January 2026 the SEC confirmed that tokenizing a security does not change its classification, so offerings typically rely on registration or an exemption such as Reg D, Reg S, Reg A+ or Reg CF, and secondary trading often runs through a broker-dealer or ATS. Rules differ by market. We build to the requirements your securities counsel sets, but we are a software partner, not a law firm, and nothing here is legal advice.
Yes. We build peer-to-peer transfers, a built-in order book or bulletin board, or an integration with a licensed alternative trading system. In every case the token's own compliance checks run on each trade, so lock-ups, eligibility and jurisdiction limits hold on any venue.
We build on Ethereum, Polygon, Avalanche, Arbitrum, Base, BNB Chain, Solana, Stellar and Hedera, and on permissioned networks such as Hyperledger Besu or a private EVM chain. We choose based on where your investors hold funds, what your custodian supports, transaction costs and any privacy needs.
A SaaS licence can be quicker for a single standard offering, but you work within the vendor's templates and often pay ongoing per-investor or AUM fees. A custom build fits your legal structure, has no platform fees, lets you choose any custodian or venue, and can become your own white-label product. You also own 100% of the code and IP.
