Real estate investment has long been restricted due to high capital requirements, heavy documentation, slow transfers, and a high risk of fraud. Smaller investors find it difficult to take part in such assets.

Our client required a platform that allows property owners to digitize their assets, verify each submission, and open them for fractional investment in a secure and clear manner. They also needed automated income distribution, a controlled access system, and a marketplace for buying and selling digital units.
