Idea Inception
Our client had the exclusive concept of an app that provides on-demand car services to consumers. Consumers usually want to avoid the hassle of taking time out from their busy schedules to take their car for repairs (preferably at their home). Via Mvm2Go, our client also aimed at providing a platform to the local mechanics that can help them promote & scale their business.
Our Solution
Idea Usher created an intuitive and creative solution to bring our client’s ideas into reality. We provided our clients with two app models – one favoring the customers and one favoring the vendors. Our tech genies customized the features of the app, keeping both models in mind.

Sign up/ Login
To get started, the customer and the vendor must create their distinct accounts on the app. It directs them to add their necessary information such as name, address, and contact details. Vendors must also get their documents verified on the app. Apart from that, the users get the option of signing up using their social media accounts.
Freelance vs. Single-Store platform
The Mvm2Go app offers both the different solutions, viz, freelance & single-store in the same application. Yes, our client can cater to his single-store services to customers and use the Freelance model. This brings more traction towards their business via the app and earns commissions from each service given by freelancer mechanics.
Service Categories
Schedule Booking
Vendors can mark themselves as available or unavailable. The customers can choose from the displayed vendors as their service providers. When available, vendors will get an option to accept or reject the booking.
Real-Time Status Updates
After booking a service, the customer gets real-time updates of their bookings. On the other hand, the vendor can change the job status, viz. started, finished, and canceled, in the app.
Nearest Mechanics
Customers can choose from a list of professional mechanics from their preferred location. Vendors can choose the preferred location to provide their services.
Grievance Section
The inbuilt chat feature will allow mechanics or customers to connect with the Mvm2Go support center in case of any hitch or clarification. The support can get back to them on their raised dispute on any job completed.
In-App Online Payment & Discounts
The Mvm2Go app model supports online payment portals. The customer can make payment through the app when booking a service. The vendors can then receive and keep track of their earning history on the app. The customers are also offered promo codes to avail discounts on repairs.
Subscription Packages
For the customers’ comfort, Mvm2Go offers them a range of premium packages, including different car services set on fixed intervals. Customers have the option of buying one of these packages and getting bi-monthly services scheduled at their convenience.
Referral And Reviews
Vendors can leave a review for the customer after the job is complete. Additionally, customers can add reviews for the vendors they hire. They can also refer the app to their friends to earn bonus points.
