TGF : Overview
TGF is an innovative app that offers a one-stop solution for all the food and grocery delivery services for the people of Singapore. The app has two parts i.e., the food delivery and the grocery delivery. The user can order food from the restaurant or can reserve a dine-in using the app.
Moreover, along with ordering food, the user can order groceries from the restaurant, and the payments can be made online via multiple payment options for a hassle-free experience.
Idea Origination
Although there are many food ordering and delivery apps available, people still have to use different apps to order food and groceries. Therefore, our client wanted a robust platform that allows its users to order delicious food as well as groceries from the TGF restaurant. He wanted an all in one app that can provide ease of ordering food and groceries from a single app to users and also increase the ROI exponentially.
Our Solution
To meet the client’s requirements, we developed three key components: a secure admin panel, a kitchen and store management system, and a user-facing mobile app with a clean and simple interface. The admin panel played a crucial role by giving the client full control over the platform. It allows them to manage and update the supermarket listings and food menus, with all changes reflected instantly in the app. The mobile app was well received by users for its ease of use and practical features. It enables users to order food and groceries seamlessly from a wide selection of curated menus. We also built a dedicated kitchen and store management dashboard. This system enables staff to accept or reject incoming orders, update order statuses, and efficiently manage delivery workflows.
Together, these components created a comprehensive solution that streamlined operations for the client while providing a seamless experience for end-users.
