The FitLyfe app also provides its users with activity trackers and body measurements to follow their progress and achieve their targets.

Idea Inception

Our clients wanted an app that connects gym trainers and users on a single platform. They aimed to bridge this gap by providing a one-stop solution that ensures people reach their fitness goals in the comfort of their homes. Additionally, they envisioned a fitness platform operated via the unique Fitstick on their TV.

Our Solution

We provided a dynamic fitness app that comprises of plenteous features, including food logging, weight and exercise tracking, sharing your progress with friends, and much more. The app’s design ensures that anyone can get started within seconds with a smooth interface and intuitive features. The app also includes a social network for fitness trainers and clients to connect through an in-app chat option and specially-curated workout plans.

Profile Creation

The users can begin their FitLyfe journey by profile creation, and it will include their basic information such as gender, age, height, and weight. Once this is done, the users can select their fitness goals and individual plans. Furthermore, they can update their profile anytime. They can choose to make their profile private so that others can view it only after following them.

TV App

Once the account is created, the app allows the users to buy their subscription plans, including the FitStick. via FitStick, they can use the FitLyfe app on their TV. Once you begin with the app, you can access your workout videos and customized nutrition plan, interaction with trainers, the official gear store, and more. Furthermore, the TV app ensures that your workout data is always backed up.

Fitstick

With FitStick, the users do not need to access the website or app, and they can simply plug in the FitStick with their TV and resume their workout sessions any day, any time. The TV app provides the perfect interface for the users to interact with fitness videos, trainers and get a more personalized experience.

Spotify Integration

Spotify has become the go-to streaming music service for many people, with more than 140 million active users. What makes FitLyfe unique is that users can integrate their Spotify playlists into their workout. The app has a simple interface that will enable you to switch between your Spotify playlists and pre-programmed workout mixes for running, walking, cycling, yoga, etc.

Gear Store

The FitLyfe app provides access to an online store that offers the finest fitness gear and athleisure wear. Once connected, users can select the product they want to purchase and get it delivered. The payment can be made online with a credit card or net banking, and the card and payment information is encrypted and stored securely for future purchases.

Academy

Along with the workout videos included in the program, the users can access targeted fitness content in the Academy section. The users can browse through the vast collection of high-quality videos and find the perfect one for them. Once they find a workout they like, they can follow it and save it for later. FitLyfe’s intelligent AI keeps track of how long the users are working out each day and suggests new videos based on their progress.

Nutrition Plan

This app section provides users with a personalized nutrition plan and a diet breakdown. The program also has a convenient meal planner, along with multiple recipes. Furthermore, they can select their diet plan and make changes to fit their lifestyle. The nutrition plans available include various options such as vegan, vegetarian, keto, weight loss, weight gain, etc.

Connect with Trainers

The users can search and connect with trainers as per their requirements and goals through the app. They also get personalized workout plans based on their targets, which they can carry out at the comfort of their homes or any other place they choose. The users can discuss their routine with the trainers via the in-app chat feature.

Community Support

To make the experience more immersive and fun, FitLyfe allows users to follow their friends, family, and other users. They can also use the leaderboard to see their rank compared to their friends. FitLyfe also offers in-app chat services to interact with each other and get active with the community.
