Studio Tonight is a studio booking application on which users can book or lease art, dance, music, and production studios. By offering a location-wise list of available studios, Studio Tonight became the world’s first on-demand studio booking application that caters to the creative minds. As per the requirements of the application’s founder Dave Ron, our experts offered a world-class and all-inclusive solution in line with international standards.

Idea Origination

Our client, “Studio Tonight,” realized that various artists today do not have access to infrastructures and professional studios to hone their talent. He came to us with the idea of a studio booking application that would help artists book and rent out properties economically. Thus, he wished to offer a win-win situation to both the customer segments – studio seekers and studio providers. He wanted the final product to be exactly how he envisioned and therefore, wanted the best.

Our Response

Keeping all our client’s requirements in mind, we provided a breakthrough solution that included two spheres – User App, which further had two modules (Booking Application and Host Application), and Admin Panel. The Airbnb-like application helped artists book/rent-out modern studios and home-based and shared facilities nearby via search options and smart filters. Profile Creation

The Studio Tonight application offers a one-click registration to their users by giving them the option to sign-up with Facebook, Google, and Apple ID to ensure a hassle-free experience. They can also sign-up manually by providing their contact information and verifying their number using an OTP. The users can create their profiles, add a description, upload their pictures, and customize it just as they like.

Auto-detect Location and Advanced Search

The application has an auto-detect feature that identifies the user’s current location and provides nearby studio recommendations. They can also add their location manually to look for relevant properties. Moreover, they can further refine their results by adding various filters like distance, reviews, budget, and availability, as per their needs.

Booking Management

The users can select their preferred category and view the details of the studio’s hourly cost, pictures, reviews, and general descriptions. They can also see the amenities provided by the host. If they wish to book a studio, they can send a booking request and specify their preferred date and time (based on availability). Upon confirmation from the host’s end, the customer will receive notifications about their booking (starting, ending, reminders). Moreover, users always have the option to can

In-app Chat

To ensure seamless communication between both parties, Studio Tonight has an in-app chat feature that allows the users to discuss the properties and their preferences. To protect the users, we’ve also added the option of blocking chats and reporting profiles.

GPS Navigation

We realized that providing only the address of the studio/set-up is troublesome to the customers. To tackle this concern, we added GPS Navigation to ensure that the customers experience a hassle-free ride from their location to the studio. It shows the exact location of the space along with the ETA.

Payment Gateways Integration

The application offers multiple payment options: Debit Cards, Credit Cards, E-wallets, etc. The users can choose their preferred mode of payment and pay securely through an integrated payment gateway. Therefore, we ensured that the customers have a smooth and effortless payment experience.

Feedback and Review

Upon completion of the service, the customer can provide feedback and ratings to help other users get a brief overview of the property. This enables users to maintain acceptable standards.
